About
I am teaching Rhetoric and Communication courses at Dominican Unversity in suburban Chicago. Right now I teach Public Speaking, Argument and Debate, Rhetorical History and Criticism. In future semesters I will be teaching in our Liberal Arts and Sciences seminar program and will be developing courses in Film Criticism, Mass Media and Society, Women and Film, and Rhetoric and Popular Culture.
I generally consider myself a rhetorical critic and specialize mainly in popular culture and gender studies. I also do qualitative field work when the project necessitates additional research methods.
This year I was appointed the Lambda Pi Eta Advisor at our school. We hope to grow and develop our chapter in the coming years.
